Who is hosting the course?
Marty McAuley
Marty brings with him a wealth of business experience, having grown his previous business from nothing to over £2 million turnover.
In addition, he successfully completed the sale of this business in 2021 after 12 years of growth.
Since selling the company, Marty has moved from “Pen Pusher to Property Developer” and in the last 18 months, Marty has completed 3 flip projects netting £119,000 profit.
In addition to these flip projects, Marty manages his own buy-to-let portfolio and in the same time period has also added 3 new buy-to-lets to his portfolio using the BRR strategy.
Marty provides a “facts and figures” approach to property investing, His experience and knowledge are second to none, yet he presents this in an informative and easy-to-understand manner.
Carly Anderson
Carly is Northern Ireland’s Top Flipping Expert, single-handedly changing her flipping life from Civil Servant to Property Developer in 2 short year’s.
Carly started her flipping journey with two small apartments which netted her a cool £102k in just 6 months, from then she has continued her flip-a-thon smashing every ceiling price and made profits ranging from £41k – £75k and the last one, a kick-ass £100k profit on one house.
Carly has trained in all strategies of property developing, completing a 12 month intensive training program in the UK. Carly was crowned winner of Simon Zutshi’s Property Investors Mastermind 2022 creating a Property Portfolio of 2.35 million in the space of 12 months.
Carly is currently working on turning a tired commercial building into luxury apartments and an exciting new serviced accommodation project.
Carly is an experienced mindset speaker, who has given talks on resilience, the importance of mindset in property developing and a TEDx Speaker about her sucessful journey in property.
How much does it cost?
The cost for the event will be £1997 per person. This includes lunch & dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.

With anything in life you can always continue educating yourself, you’ll never know it all. But over the 2 days we hope to arm you with everything you could need to make educated decisions and start your own investing journey

What if I have food allergies?
If you just notify us prior to the event we will ensure you are looked after to the best of our ability. The hotel is one of the best in the country so will be well suited to cover your needs.
Is accommodation included?
The hotel has agreed to a rate of £275/night for a room should you wish to stay. However, this is not included in the course fee.
